Conditions of Reservation

 

The accommodation should not be occupied by more people than booked for. The management reserve the right to surcharge for accommodation if this number is exceeded.

The management reserve the right to cancel accommodation at any time if in their opinion the behaviour of any resident or visitor is such that the comfort and enjoyment of others is in danger. In such event no monies will be refunded.

The management do not hold themselves responsible for valuables left in the premises. Car parking is at the car owner risk.

This reservation constitutes an agreement, and accordingly in the event of cancellation, deposits are not refundable. Any such cancellation received less than 7 days prior to the commencement of the accommodation reserved will be chargeable at the full contracted rate. Special conditions apply to amended reservations.

All breakages must be paid for or replaced, and reported. Any damage to the property must be paid for and reported. CCTV is in operation 24 hours.

We are sorry we cannot accept reservations from hen or stag parties. We are sorry but we do not allow any pets.

The management will not be deemed liable for the acceptance of any reservation until formally acknowledged. The right to refuse a booking is reserved, in which case any deposit received will be refunded by return post.

CHECK IN BETWEEN 2PM - 7PM UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED

The Lyndsay is full NON SMOKING; anyone found smoking on the premises would be asked to leave with no refund. Smoking is allowed outside in the front garden/patio.

No alcohol is allowed to be brought onto the premises (unless prior notice is given and approved); any found will be disposed of. We have a licensed bar to buy alcohol.
