Enter One way system when approaching Skegness town centre. Keep on A52 (passing Taylor's Garage on right) follow signposts to Mablethorpe (A52). Take second main turning right into Scarbrough Avenue after rejoining two-way road. The Lyndsay Guest House is on the left side after a few yards
